hey T when you got more time tell the guys a bit about its history cos its a beautiful story hun! :D

Post by Ztee24 » Fri Jun 30, 2006 3:19 am

Thanks all,

I built it in 1 year...haahaa. I can't believe I actually just laid out all my $, and did it finally!
I did start buying parts 2 years before it was built, and it got picked up in March 2004,went and got stripped, and started..went to the bodyshop I believe in May...back to the mechanic to finish some other stuff...back to the paintshop in August I believe, and out in December. The engine and everything was all complete in January 2005. So, less than a year actually!

My mechanic said that he never met anyone who said " I want it all, and I want it all done now"

But I did save all my pennies to get it done. :D

Hi all,
ok, I know it's not a real cosworth, but it has all the original parts !
I usually travel with my husband to UK a lot, so I have bought back many parts, including bonnets...wings, arches...you name it! Haahaa
I am crazy!

Hope you like, I just won first place in an event we had at a car show 3 weeks ago!
