My Friends CRX Turbo

It was taken from Dagenham Heathway (Greater London) sometime between 8am and 6pm today.

It's registration number is G650 SCG

I'm sure you all know what it looks like, but i'll post some picks to this thread shortly.

It's black.

It has a blue padding covered (Cusco I think) rollcage.

It has Red DC2 Recaros

It has 5 spoke alloys.

It has a 1.5 rear wing

It has a carbon bonnet

It has one brake light out

It has a bespoke intake manifold

It has a TypeR camcover

It's got a full 3" Hayward and Scott exhaust system (single tailpipe)

It has a Race Engineering sticker on the vertical glass on the rear hatch

It has quite possibly been ditched somewhere by now as it had a *very* sick engine.

He's purchased a nail gun

TBH it's been a bit of time now so more than likely been stripped but you never know.

The was a sighting on the at the Asda at the Heathway, elderly woman saw it from the bus but couldn't read the number plate. Or a black CRX with a non-standard bonnet, they can't be that dumb to be driving about in it

My car should be back together by Monday got the week off so bedding in and searching for the car is two birds with one stone

Little update

Friend spotted a CRX being sold in the ilford area, with a carbon fibre bonnet and a couple of other bits mate rang the police. They turned up on time, nicked the guy who is now in custody.

Has got the roll cage, bonnet and airfilter. They tried selling a car that had been stolen a ringed

That was a plan at the time - But after claming down letting the police do their job seems a better option.

THe car they was trying to sell, was someone who thought they had lost their car who now only has to wait for the police to finish with it to get it back. If he had of beaten him the police might not have look to hard at the car and let him go

Apparantly there's alot more to this whole thing and the upper areas of the police are already involved
