As above really its lookin like both the 3dr an focus are gonna have to due to gettin on the property ladder, but i wanna keep my engine, loom an ecu for when i'm settled an can get a project going

But i dont know if i'd be better just keeping what i want and selling the rest as a whole or breaking the lot!

Any opinions?

sell them both as whole cars and build another engine. Put the 3dr back to std and sell it without the ecu bits.

at least keep the 3dr as i KNOW! you will regret it !
