So I did a straight swap for the S2 TURBO I have now.
I sometimes regret it as the 2000 was a quick mover and handled sweet but you cant beat the rush of a turbo can you?
My s2 is alot quicker now than the 2000 would have ever have been without having to spend serious amounts of money on it.
I would love to get it back though and have both!
As regards to a dead one I will keep my eyes out dude as I know a few peeps with them.

Posted: Tue Aug 23, 2005 8:01 pmI couldnt own a non turbo car mate, i would of kept the RS2000 and turbocharged it. Not easy for everyone to do so i understand why you swapped.
Your RST looks better than the RS2000 anyway

Like you say not a bad motor..had mine 3 yrs with no engine trouble and it got ramped nearly everyday
