Yes thats the least i would take, 1k and pay the rest off monthly. Id prefer £800 a month x3 that would leave £100 left to pay and a small drink towards helping spreading the cost for you. :P

No offence to either of you or anyone else who is interested, but who ever raises the cash and comes to me will buy the car there is no holding for people unless they pay a deposit. I dont want to sound rude but its a car we are talking about not just parts that i dont mind holding. At the mo the only people who know its for sale is people who can see in this section of the site which isnt many 8)

Bargain
its so tempting but i got too many cars atm, all you need is the obligatory webber management to make the most of the steel bottom end

the way i look at it is these cars will be the same as mk1/2 escorts soon, so can only be a good thing

looks a good one Jano 8) .....

u pretty much at the heart of the issue. If i keep it i will end up having to put management onto it. Then doing loads of mods which id rather do to one of my pickups tbh i have had it for over ten years i should do summing to it lol. If i sell it i wont have that option and let someone make use of it instead of keeping it stored away.

i'll defo have the 1k depo end of Nov without fail if youve not sold it i'll come over and give you the depo and talk to you. £800 per month is cool if I can do more I will mate. In the mean time i'll try selling either my escort cab or my anus to raise a depo sooner.

Wooohoo the S1 past with only a couple of minors. Front ball joint passanger side TCA has slight play. Also the rear tie bar bushes are corroded but no play. Will sort them out when i can. How mad, a service, clean and polish... And its back on the road after 5 years of hiding in a garage. First time i got to drive it since i have had it and it does feel tight and firm. In fact it feels just like my first one.
Got an insurance quote £228 agreed for 6k classic policy with 3000miles a year but dont really want to if it gets sold id have to cancel blah blah..

Id say that was a result mate

It just shows how good a car it was to start with after 5 years being laid up and needing such a small amount of work to get it mot'd 8)

Yeah i searched it out the day i had it.. It still has the same seat cover too
Whats even better is if you search for the reg plate on google. It comes back to a guy searching for it who once owned it asking if anyone knew where it was. I searched him out on face book and now is a "friend" A nice chap who told me loads about the history. He paid £6300 for it and sold it to the guy i bought it off. 8)
