:lol: finally 95% finished :lol:

Moonstone Blue RS1600i ZVH Turbo

bit bout the car, after 6 mk3 projects i finally decided to sell my s1 to fund this project. I found the shell nearby me with only 1 owner from new it were that terracotta colour with brown interior red carpet it began as a 1.3l furry steering wheel you should have seen it :shock: only had 26k on the clock with every MOT and service. it has took me now 1.5years :lol:

I completely stripped the car and painted the floor pan there was not even one spot of rust you wouldnt beleive the shell. I will post pics in the projects section if requested :wink:

Engine spec:

1.8 zetec block, Forged pistons ratio 7:4:1, ARP Bolts, CVH 220m Flywheel with AP 4 paddle clutch, Felpro head gasket, ARP Headbolts, Piper 285t2 cam, stg3 big valve head from Cylinder Head Developments, stg 3 hybrid turbo - 31 actuator, 82degree sierra thermostat, 4ins scorpion exhaust, Nitrous Oxide kit from Cold Fusion.

management:

L6 ECU with OddKidd Base Chip and Pectel Board, Dark Green 803 injectors, 3 Bar Map Sensor, 4x4 Throttle Body, Grp A Cosworth Coil, Cosworth Forge grp A dumpvalve, RAM Air Filter

Suspension/Body/interior


Escort Cos rims painted pearl silver with Yokohama A520s 45 205s, Koni suspension, polybushed, S1 Anti Roll Bar, 2wd cosworth brakes on front S2 drums on back

Interior mk4 s2 dash and doorcards 80spec, rs16i seats, roll cage, kenwood stereo, sub and amp, ford racing boost,oil and battery gauges.

s1 brown tint glass with pop outs and 16i front top tint

I know most of you have already seen the car but to those of you that havnt hope you like it 8) ill get some more pics of the engine soon still spending time cleaning and tidying up few parts have been sent to be chromed today :wink:

he he its stashed away matey i told you might have seen it by the high oak on a saturday or out on the road on a sunday weathers $h!t in the week now. normally take a trip to kford maccies on a sunday :wink:

cheers for sorting jano didnt expect it that quick :wink: we need to sort that bracket abit better and could du with amal valve if you could get one for me :)

everything else is fine how you saw it last time so shouldnt take long :)

hope the weathers good :? going to be tough $h!t if it rains and sum cleaning when i get back :lol:

Dont forget that this is the last thing you wanna be doing is having it mapped. If you change anything after this date the map will be wrong for the spec.

Make sure you have everything you want to be using fitted and working fully.

yeah jano everythings ready NOS isnt filled up but shall sort that next summer il be down for another tune before the summer like to keep on top of them :wink:

last time she recorded 239 bhp on KE shes done 9k miles now :)

that was at 6k miles in the van :) at PTS :)

il find the graphs out and put a before and after if everything goes well :)
