We are awaiting the charge air carrier pipe that goes over the rocker to come back from the engineers so we can tap in the water injection jet, so thats one thing thats missing from the photos, got a bog standard one on there at mo but hopefully real soon we'll have the nice blinging shinney one back

just one thing is your bonnet ok without bonnet pins witht the lifters
just heard a few stories of bonnets flying open without the pins

Bonnet seems fine matey, have got a set of pins here at home but jsut aint fitted them as it seems secure to me, done 1.5k miles in it with runs up and down the dual carrage ways at errr......good speeds *cough Cough* and all's been well.

quite fancy getting the bonnet blocks for my car aswell as gets a bit hot under there sometimes was just a bit unsure without the pins.does look minted tho

i heard about bonnets flying up 2!!

Looking good what sort of bhp are you hoping for

Well with this engine it had 269.5bhp, BUT that was with a few problems with the engine and other things that was restricting us with the power.......i.e. the compression of the pistons that was supplied to me by Burtons was wwwaaaaayyyyyyyyy to much ie 10:1 and also had an air leak in the Intercooler that was far from helping with things

So anything over 300bhp will be nice

u no your getting more then that

Any more news on this car this is one pukka engine mate, more news more pics! My mate got sent the wrong pistons aswell from burton.

My advise to anyone wanting pistons for a ZT in future would be to get them straight from the U.S. they are chearper and excellent pistons, ie JE, Arias etc. Avoid Accralite and Burtons

Need to get the tracking done at Elite maytee.. I took the S1 down there today. Toe angles and tie bars were well out Only costs ?23

Well I've finally got around to getting the Air Injectors wired up and also have got around to fitting the cage in. All looks good and has nearly everything fitted now

Things are never finished tho are they still got a few things that I'm gunna get for it as yet, ie coil overs and adjustable rear set up next
