My 16v mk4 Escort

Postby Rosco » Sun Aug 20, 2006 6:42 pm

Few pics of my daily runner while my S1 is being restored!

Was bought as a totally standard 1.3 Bonus, white wheel trims and all but was never gonna stay that way! Its a very very good shell so the decision was made to make it a bit interestin and different!

Car now runs an 1800 zetec from a mk5 XR3i (105ps) with the EFi with a fiesta 1.3 5 spd box, cvh flywheel, cone filter and stainless exhaust.

Lowered 60 mm all round, poly bushes at front, 15" OZ Mito's, clear front and smoked rear lights, small plates, full XR3i interior (plus my S1 recaros at the moment lol)

The way it looks was identical to my first car apart from colour so a bit of nostalgia was the name of the day! Its good fun but needs a bigger exhaust as the one on it is restricting it but its a torquey wee thing which is also good on petrol!

Oh and one with my mates mk2 scort as well:

Hope yous like - oh and the zetec bonus will be going up for sale soon if anyone is interested 8)
