happy new year every body!!!.....this is sad day for me... after taking the frst apart some more i have found that the passenger side chassis leg has more rust in it than id like.... under the fuel filter is a hole about 100mm across.....i have spent the last 3 years chasing rust round this car...its had 3 weeks (£700) worth of welding to the inner/outer sills and floor...'if' i had the chassis leg repaired id still have this little lot to sort out.... front wings, drivers rear arch, rear lamp panels, round the sun roof,bonnet,boot.....   i cant do it any more!!!!...as they say ' you cant polish a turd'....so this is the end for the fiesta....im gutted but cant keep spending money on rust....so....this is the replacement shell....

im not a great fan of escorts...having had fiesta's for the last 14 years but this is too good to miss...its all there minus engine box...etc,etc...so...the new project begins....
