2 X White Series Two's for Sale (Project)

Its chris here rom Passion restoration Products.

Jano very kindly pointed me in the direction of his forum and let me put my S2 project for sale on here .

As per title, I am putting both my white S2’s up for sale I’ve had a long hard think and with my business being so busy at the minute

I just don’t have to time to complete the restoration on them.

Gutted really as I was looking forward to making a lovely demo car for my parts restoration company.

Anyway, details for both cars.

F841 UPU

S2 Rolling shell.I bought this off Andy Cross (AJC) around 1 month ago.

It has all the glass in tact, roof lining, carpet etc but no dash.

Its already had a lot of work done to it including battery tray, inner & outer rear arch, sills etc.

Personally i would recommend doing the following:

New Front Panel
New fuse box repair panel
New battery tray (This one wasnt done to my standards)
New front section of chassis where it meets the front cross member. The S2 below has a perfect section to cut out.

Its solid underneath as Andy had it up on the ramp. Rear chassis rails are superb as is the boot floor.

S2 No 2

F700 TJN Unique Reg

1989 RST in white. No history as owner emigrated to New York and has been lost.
Full complete standard car but shell is gone hence the new shell from Andy.
No front windscreen or passenger door glass.
Carpet gone and soundproofing gone (Soaking wet.)
Front bumper gone (Damaged)
I done a compression test on engine and it varied between 143 & 150 psi on each cylinder.
It comes with all the interior apart from the front seats, front door cards and boot carpet.

As you can see the shell has had it really unless someone has the time and money etc but its just easier to transfer it all into a good shell.

I have a load of spares to go with it for an extra few quid should new owner want them.

Both are sat in my Garage and ready for collection.



They both stand me a Total £1250.00

I am going to advertise the pair on ebay in a weeks time for £950 collected but if anyone from the forum wants them then price is £850

I would be £400 down but its better than them sitting here when someone could be making a very good S2.

looks a decent well priced project for someone there, and you'd get £100 for weighing in the scrap shell, i cant buy anymore though
